Our Roots Go Deep and We Celebrate Them in our Festivals

Fireworks Display
The City of Silsbee benefits from the generosity of Texas Fireworks Company as the Gardner family donates approximately $15,000 worth of fireworks for the Silsbee Volunteer Fire Department to help onlookers celebrate Independence Day and the New Year. This tradition has been running strong for over 20 years and each year the shows increase in brilliance and popularity. Since the date changes each year visit our Events Calendar for information on upcoming dates.

Ice Scream! Festival

Last Saturday in June ushers in the Great American Churn-off in the downtown area by the Ice House Museum and Veteran's Park. Family fun and games for kids of all ages with live music, ice cream contests, water slide, pie auction and other old fashioned fun activities.
