Each year the Silsbee Chamber of Commerce hosts a golf tournament on Columbus Day at the Silsbee Country Club. The tournament begins with a shotgun and is formatted in a 4-person Scramble. The tournament is limited to 18 teams of 72 players. Each player has the opportunity to purchase two mulligans.
The day offers an opportunity to visit, play golf, win prizes, and enjoy an after hours mixer sponsored by Mead Westvaco.
